Anne Deng is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) office in Dallas. She has over 5 years of experience centered around emerging and advanced technologies, including AI/ML, web 3.0, semiconductors, IoT, and AR/VR, with a specific focus on transformation and analytics.
Anne has extensive experience in developing AI/GenAI strategy for an engineering services company and creating an enterprise metaverse commercialization strategy for a leading technology hardware company. She has also worked on web 3.0, crypto, blockchain, and metaverse growth strategies for a global browser player and crafted a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for an AI marketing platform. Additionally, Anne has published on web 3.0, crypto, blockchain, and sustainability strategy, and has led full transformation and digital strategy projects for a US telecom engineering and construction company. Her experience extends to building product strategies and roadmaps for a leading global auto Tier 1 company, developing analytics-based route optimization strategies for a leading global logistics company, and implementing digital strategies and digital use cases for a leading US distributor.
Anne received her MBA from the Rotman Business School at the University of Toronto, where she also earned her Master of Engineering and B.Sc. in Engineering Science. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
