Dr Bernhard Kronfellner

Core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group

Dr. Bernhard Kronfellner joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice area and co-leads the digital asset and blockchain group for the firm. 

Dr. Kronfellner has worked with banking clients and financial regulators around the world on cryptocurrencies, tokenization, metaverse, digitization, blockchain, post-merger integration, active credit portfolio management, and private market/private equity, as well as on market risk topics such as the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB). 

He holds a PhD in Technical Mathematics and an MSc in Mathematics from Vienna University of Technology. Additionally, he earned an MSc in Business and Economics and a BSc in Business and Economics from Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as a BSc in Mathematics from Vienna University of Technology.
