Daniel (Dan) is a “pracademic”: As a practitioner, he is the Founder of Lightbulb Capital in Hong Kong and Singapore. Previously, Dan was the CIO of the Modular Blockchain Fund at Modular Asset Management and, earlier, the COO of HSBC Securities in Singapore. As an academic, he is an Affiliate Faculty Member at Singapore Management University, teaching courses on Cryptography, Blockchain & Digital Assets, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
